Celebrating Grace Well Received at Summer Conferences

Celebrating Grace Hymnal was well received as it made its first appearance at conferences across the country this summer. Here's a look at just a few of the positive comments the hymnal received.

"One can hear about a new hymnal and even browse through its contents, but you really don’t know about it until it’s used in worship. Such was the case at the 2010 Cooperative Baptist Fellowship General Assembly in Charlotte. Thanks to Tony Spencer and Clark Sorrells for using Celebrating Grace as a worship resource. Several folks came up to Mark Edwards or me expressing their appreciation for the hymnal after having sung from it. That’s what praising God with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs is all about; not just talking about it, but actually doing it."

"Celebrating Grace Hymnal brings a multitude of worship opportunities to each and every congregation. The online resource material alone brings a new dimension of opportunity to all those who plan and lead in worship. The mix of old and new hymns gives every church leader thegreen lake group sing possibility of introducing new tunes that will inspire and renew the spirits of those who play and sing."

"The Celebrating Grace Hymnal and its online companion, the Worship Matrix received rave reviews at Baylor University's recent 2010 Alleluia Conference. The highlight of the week was a Wednesday night "Celebrating Grace" hymn sing presented by local church choirs and Baylor University musicians. Worship leaders from around the nation joined with heart and voice to sing from the new hymn collection, and more than a few went home anticipating a hymnal purchase for their congregation."
