Not the “L” word!
As we roam the country talking about the Celebrating Grace Hymnal project, we are finding that many participants are interested the Christian Year. Evidently, Baptist churches are discovering the value and richness in following the Christian Year as they plan worship and design other programming. The editors had already decided to include a section in the back of the pew edition with a paragraph or two about seasons of the Christian Year along with some further development in the indices. We haven’t heard (or said) the “L” word yet – (liturgical.)
