Marianne Forman has sensitively set Anna Waring's well-known text in this new choral work. The text is painted with lovely vocal lines and gorgeous sound clusters, with a sensitive piano accompaniment supporting the voices. The melody rises and falls with the text's message, then accelerates into meaningful expressions of hope and assurance, full of harmonic interest.  Following a dramatic high point of praise, the piece slowly descends into a lush and beautifully harmonic conclusion.
