How can I place a bulk order for the Celebrating Grace Hymnal?
While you may purchase as many copies of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal as you like online, please contact Customer Care for bulk orders. Customer Care can assist with bulk imprinting options, bulk shipping prices, and can provide answers for any questions your church, school, or organization may have.


How many copies of each title in the Accents Signature Music series should I purchase for my church?

Each title in the Accents Signature Music series is offered as a digital download and includes the license to duplicate as many scores as are needed to serve your music ministry.
 

Am I allowed to make copies of loose-leaf editions of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal?
Loose-leaf editions of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal were created for the convenience of choirs and accompanists alike; however, duplicating pages of any edition of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal is not permitted. Please purchase the quantity of loose-leaf editions of the Celebrating Grace Hymnal needed to accommodate your choir and accompanists. Should you choose to store your loose-leaf Choir Editions in a filing system and distribute only the pages needed for each service to your choir members, please contact Customer Care for a free template to create filing labels listing the hymn numbers on each page.


I can’t find my downloadable resources. How can I find titles I’ve purchased?

All digital titles purchased from Celebrating Grace or Growing in Grace can be found in your Celebrating Grace account. Once you have signed into the account you used to purchase the materials, you can find your digital purchases by selecting the "My Downloads" section under "My Account". Titles appear by date purchased with the most recent purchases first. If you think you are missing a digital product or have trouble finding your resources, please contact our Customer Care for assistance in finding or replacing lost downloads.


Can I print the words and/or music of a hymn, anthem, or other work owned by Celebrating Grace in my bulletin?

Celebrating Grace is a publishing partner with Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI). If your church possesses a CCLI license, you can search for the specific work you intend to use in the CCLI database. You must also verify that the license your church has purchased grants permission for the desired use. For questions regarding your CCLI license, please contact CCLI directly. If your church does not possess a CCLI license, please contact Customer Care for licensing assistance.


Do I need a license to stream my church service containing works owned by Celebrating Grace?

How many units of Growing in Grace Children’s Music Curriculum should I purchase for our program?
Each unit of Growing in Grace Children's Music Curriculum grants the purchaser license to print copies of materials for students and teachers of ONE choir. If multiple choirs in the same church or children's music program are using the same curriculum, an additional unit of curriculum should be purchased for each choir. Please do not reproduce the discs or audio files to share with others. Writer and arranger compensation depends on your adherance to this policy and ensures future generations will benefit from Growing in Grace Children's Music Curriculum.


What factors should I consider when selecting an age-level of Growing in Grace curriculum for my children’s choir?
Growing in Grace Children's Music Curriculum offers resources for three age groups: Preschool, Younger Children, and Older Children. Our Preschool curriculum is geared toward children ages 4 and 5 with supplemental resources for children age 3. Choirs using Preschool curriculum become familiar with iconic musical notation and non-pitched instruments. Younger Children curriculum units are written for children in grades 1 through 3 and best suits young musicians beginning to develop musical literacy, focusing on unison singing and reinforcing rhythm with pitched and non-pitched instruments. The Older Children units of curriculum are intended for children in grades 4 through 6. This age group explores form, musical symbols, and optional harmony. While Growing in Grace curriculum is designed for these three age divisions, we encourage you to consider where your group is musically and select any unit that best suits the needs of your choir. I have a choir with a variety of ages -- which age level of Growing in Grace curriculum should I purchase?
When selecting an age level of curriculum for a choir that includes children of varying ages, select the curriculum age level that best fits the majority of your choir members. It is important to also consider the musical experience of your children. Refer to the question and answer above for basic descriptions of musical concepts of each age level, and read our Scope and Sequence for more detailed information on each age level before purchasing. Is there a difference between the materials included with the CD Digipak and Digital Download versions of Growing in Grace curriculum?
The materials included in the Growing in Grace Curriculum Digipak and Digital Download formats are exactly the same. The Digipak format is a 2-disc set that includes an audio CD and a data CD with PDFs of reproducible materials. The Digital Download format contains the same audio files and reproducible materials, but is downloaded after purchase through your Celebrating Grace website account.


Am I allowed to share Growing in Grace curriculum materials with other choirs in our organization or with other programs?
You are permitted to use Growing in Grace curriculum with only ONE choir per purchased unit. Copyright restrictions do not permit the duplication or sharing of any part of Growing in Grace curriculum beyond your choir. If your organization has more than one choir that wishes to use Growing in Grace curriculum, additional units of curriculum must be purchased for each choir.


Am I allowed to broadcast our children’s choir performances featuring Growing in Grace materials?
Not all children's choir performances may be broadcast and remain in compliance to copyright law. Celebrating Grace is a publishing partner with Christian Copyright Licensing International (CCLI). If your church or organization maintains CCLI licenses, your CCLI license may cover musical works from Growing in Grace, but you will need to check the CCLI catalog and your church's CCLI license to ensure compliance. Am I allowed to make copies of curriculum audio CDs or audio files for the children in my choir?
In order to share curriculum Audio CDs or Audio .mp3 Files with choir members and leaders, you must do ONE of the following:

  • Option 1: Purchase additional Audio CDs to distribute to choir members and leaders. Additional Audio CDs are an exact duplicate of the Audio CD included in the Growing in Grace Curriculum Digipaks, which include both demonstration and accompaniment recordings. Purchase Audio CDs
  • Option 2: Purchase Audio Duplication Licenses to distribute individual .mp3 files or make your own CDs. This is an excellent option for those wanting to distribute only a few songs to choir members or for those wishing to make the audio files available on a secured page on a church website. Whichever option you choose, please keep in mind that it is not permissible to share audio files on a public portion of your church website or social media page. Are Growing in Grace curriculum themes sequential? Should I start using curriculum with a specific theme?
Growing in Grace curriculum themes are not sequential. When selecting a theme, choose whichever theme best meets the needs of your children's music ministry. The songs and resources in each year's curriculum theme address the spiritual and musical concepts listed in our Scope and Sequence throughout the year.


Where can I find the free curriculum devotionals related to my Growing in Grace curriculum theme?

Do I need to be a trained musician to teach Growing in Grace children’s music curriculum?
It is not necessary to have prior music education experience to teach the Growing in Grace curriculum. Curriculum components are written specifically to be taught by volunteers and experts alike. Step-by-step instructions enable anyone to teach the musical and spiritual concepts with success.


Are Growing in Grace and Celebrating Grace the same company?
Yes, Growing in Grace is the children's division of our parent company, Celebrating Grace, Inc.
